Deadpool

If you like adult humor mixed with nudity and zombie-defence-styled violence, Deadpool is the right film to watch today.  Other than stating that it is a revenge flick, it’s a little difficult to describe.  Imagine the character Star Lord from the film Guardians of The Galaxy.  Then, bump up the viewing age requirement from 13 to 17 years of age.  You will start to get the point.  The main character shares Star Lord’s comedic style, but he speaks without restrictions.

Recommendation: See this film in the cinema today.  If not, take it home as your 1st DVD pick, or move it to the top of your streaming queue.

Starring: Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Brianna Hildebrand, Stefan Kapicic, and Gina Carano

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

Before viewing this film, be advised that it does NOT point fingers!  It is not rife with political opinions and it does not suggest that you hate or vote against any political candidate.  The film simply reenacts the events that took place at Benghazi.

Note though, you may become a little emotional while watching this film.  Perhaps you will walk away, as I did, thinking that no one should have to beg for their lives.

Recommendation: See this film in the cinema today.  If not, take it home as your 1st DVD pick, or move it to the top of your streaming queue.

Starring: John Krasinski, Pablo Schreiber, James Badge Dale, Max Martini, and David Denman
